PURPOSE:To provide the titled medium for monocotyledonous plant, containing naphthoxypropionic acid, etc., and a specific amount of phenoxyacetic acid auxin and cytokinin compound and capable of giving a cell which can be cultured for a long period without lowering differentiation capability. CONSTITUTION:The objective medium contains >=2ppm of 2-(2-naphthoxy) propionic acid or (2-naphthoxy)propionanilide, 0.001-5ppm of phenoxyacetic acid auxin and 0-10ppm of cytokinin compound. |
