EXAMPLE:3-(3-Methoxycarbonylpropyl)-7-exo-hydroxymethyl-8-endo-tetrahydro pyranyloxybicyclo[4.3.0]non-2-ene. USE:An important intermediate for the synthesis of stable prostacycline analog. PREPARATION:A lactol compound of formula II (R<8> is OH-protecting group) is used as a starting substance to obtain a 6-membered cyclic enal of formula XV, which is subjected to Wittig reaction and then carboxyl-protection reaction to obtain a 1,3-diene of formula XXI. The protecting group of primary hydroxyl group of the diene is selectively deprotected optionally after selective reduction of the diene to obtain the corresponding objective compound of formula I.</p> |
