PURPOSE:To perform three kinds of processing of continuous and discontinuous read/write by writing input data in all memories of a selected channel and reading out this data from a selected memory and starting data read from the following memory by shift of a busy flag. CONSTITUTION:Input data is inputted from a terminal 11 to a memory array consisting of RAMs 12-27. A channel selecting signal inputted from a write address generator 32 through a terminal 31 received to generate a write enable signal from a write enable demultiplexer 29, and input data is written in all RAMs of one out of channels A-D which is selected by the write enable signal. Data is read out from the RAM selected by a channel selecting signal, which is generated from a read enable multiplexer 35 when a channel selecting signal is inputted from a read address generator 33 through a terminal 36, and a column selecting signal from a flag memory 34. By shift of the busy flag, the read operation of the following RAM is started.
