发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF HIGH STRENGTH SINTERED BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body without high temp. sintering and heat treatment, by heating a compact from mixed powder of iron alloy powder composed of a prescribed component compsn., graphite powder and lubricant in reducing atmosphere, cooling and reduction treating, then further pressing and sintering. CONSTITUTION:Iron powder contg. by weight 1-6% Ni or Co, 0.5-3% one kind or more among Cu, Mo, Cr, Mn, Si under the state in which Ni or Co is not completely alloyed with Fe, further the other elements are mixed or partially or completely alloyed with Fe, graphite powder and lubricant are mixed. Next, the compact from the mixed powder having 80-90% density ratio is heated in reducing atmosphere by a prescribed heating rate, cooled by a prescribed rate and reduction treated. Then the compact is pressed by >=1.05 pressing ratio under normal temp., then heated to 1,100-1,150 deg.C for 10-20min, then cooled to 400 deg.C by >=10 deg.C/min rate to obtain the aimed titled body.
