PURPOSE:To facilitate the cutting and separating operations of the obtained titled product by forming a groove processing part along the outer peripheral part of the product which joins to a nonprocessed part of the surrounding of each etched product. CONSTITUTION:The groove processing parts 2 are simultaneously formed in proper depth by half etching along the outer peripheral part 5 of a product 7 which joins to a nonprocessed part 1 of the surrounding of single etched product 7 in case of performing the etching processing due to an ordinary resist pattern for the circular holes of a perforated part 6 of the product 7. By such constitution, the operations for cutting and separating the product 7 after etching can be finished by only a single cutting-off operation.
