PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent vibration-damping performance over a wide temp. range and good strength characteristics, by mixing a compsn. consisting of a tackifying resin and a polyester/rubber copolymer with a polyester resin. CONSTITUTION:20-80wt% tackifying resin (e.g., a cumarone/indene resin) is mixed with 80-20wt% polyester/rubber copolymer (e.g., a polyester/polyether rubber copolymer) to obtain a compsn. 90-50wt% polyester resin is mixed with 10-50wt% said compsn. at 230-250 deg.C.
