PURPOSE:To miniaturize a transformer and the like, by using a switching control circuit and a transistor, and by generating a plurality of mutually insulated DC voltages. CONSTITUTION:A DC-DC converter 1 in fly-back system is composed of a switching transistor (hereinafter, Tr) 6 interrupting a DC power source 4, a switching control circuit 5 controlling the action of the Tr6, and a first and a second output power source sections 2, 3 connected to the DC power source 4 and a current detector 7, and to the DC power source 4 and the Tr6 in series. By the one switching control circuit 5 and Tr6, chopped voltage is applied to a plurality of transformers T2, T3 at the same time, and a plurarity of in sulated DC voltage is generated. As a result, the transformers are divided into a plurality of miniature transformers, and weight applied to a printed board is distributed, and the occupied capacity of the printed board can be reduced.
