PURPOSE:To allow the operator to treat a call among plural operator calls in the order of priority by providing a means for registering the priority of plural kinds of operator calls as internal data of a digital electronic exchange and a means for receiving the plural kinds of operator calls into an attendant board in the order of data designation. CONSTITUTION:When a call comes to a digital electronic exchange, a call processing program of an exchange decides the kind of the call. Then a priority table is searched and the set priority is decided from other table corresponding to the type of a coincident call and the data of a recipient is registered on a queue Q provided in the order. The queue Q is processed in the form of first-in and first-out. Whether or not the Q exists in the queue Q of the highest priority is checked, and if not in existence, then whether or not the Q exists in the queue of the 2nd priority is checked and all the priorities are checked. Thus, the priority handled in advance in correspondence to the operator calls is designated.
