PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of supersonic wave deposition, by spreading an adhesive at the connection surface before the supersonic deposition. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive is spread at the upper end and the upper side- surfaces of a battery jar 1, by attaching a sponge impregnated with the adhesive on the upper end of the battery jar 1. Then, the upper end of the battery jar 1 is inserted in recessed portions which are formed by projecting walls 5 and 5 of the connecting end of a lid 4, and the jar 1 is covered by the lid 4. After that, a horn for supersonic wave deposition is contacted to carry out the supersonic wave deposition. Therefore, the adhesive spread over the connection surfaces ensure the connection more firmly and form wider connection surfaces. Consequently, the reliability can be improved. |
