PURPOSE:To quicken the transmission speed by providing an input means designating a master station and a slave station, designating a priority equipment and designating the polling generation frequency, a control means at the master station mode and a control means at the slave station mode and designating the priority equipment and the frequency of polling generation as to the equipment designated as the master station. CONSTITUTION:Plural PC link units 1 such as No.0 equipment, No.1 equipment, No.2 equipment are connected together via a transmission line 2, the No.0 equipment among the is decided as the master station and the other equipments are decided to be slave stations. As to the No.0 equipment, it is decided as the priority equipment as well as the master station, polling is applied with higher frequency than that of the other equipments and data are sent in the broadcasting system among the PC link units. Thus, the transmission delay time to a specific equipment is kept within a prescribed time without fail regardless of the increase in the number of connected equipments.
