<p>PURPOSE:To attain the miniaturization and cost reduction of an input and output apparatus, by making the switching elements and drive circuits of an input apparatus and an output apparatus in common. CONSTITUTION:Heat generating resistors 11 and photoelectric converter elements 12 are respectively connected to a common electrode and indivisual electrodes, and indivisual electrode sides are connected in common at every one set. Further, the indivisual electrodes are respectively connected to switching elements 13. In use as an output apparatus, a switch SWa is connected to a VTH-side and voltage VTH is applied to each heat generating resistor Ti. A switch SWb is opened and may be connected to either one of VB and GND. In use as an input apparatus, the switch SWb is connected to VB and voltage VB is applied to each photoelectric converting device Si. A switch SWc is opened. If the switch SWa is connected to GND, it becomes a voltage reading type and, if said switch SWa is opened, it becomes a current reading type. The drive circuits of the input apparatus and the output apparatus can be made common, and cost reduction and miniaturization of the device can be attained.</p> |
