PURPOSE:To perform the adjustment of a roller guide with high accuracy, by providing an inclination adjusting mechanism which performs an inclining adjustment for a fixed guide and the roller guide integrally against a drum and an inclination adjusting mechanism which adjusts the inclination of the roller guide alone, in a state that the containing bus lines of both guides are present in the same flat surface. CONSTITUTION:The titled device consists of a fixed guide 3 inclined and arranged against a rotary head drum 1 to wind a tape 5 spirally at the circumferential plane of the drum, and a roller guide 4 arranged with a prescribed angle against the center line of the tape 5 introduced in and derived from the guide 3. The first inclination adjusting mechanism 11 which performs the inclining adjustment of the fixed guide 3 and the roller guide 4 integrally against the drum 1 in the state that the contacting bus lines of both guides are present within the same flat surface, is provided, and the second inclination adjusting mechanism 27 which adjusts only the roller guide 4 on which an inclination adjustment is applied integrally with the fixed guide 3, with the prescribed angle against the center line of the tape 5, is provided.
