PURPOSE:To attain the operation at a high frequency without increasing number of pins for externally mounted components by constituting the titled circuit by a couple of NPN transistors (TR) to the bases of which oscillation signals are supplied in opposite phase to each other and a couple of NPN TRs whose emitters are connected in common. CONSTITUTION:Voltage signals generated across resistors R9, R10 respectively by the oscillation of an oscillation section are impressed to bases of TRs Q17, Q18. The phase of each collector current Ic of the TRs Q17, Q18 is led by 90 deg. with respect to a base voltage Vin. In impressing a control voltage Vc in a direction increasing the base voltage of a TR Q22, the oscillated frequency of the oscillation section is controlled in the decreasing direction. Thus, through the constitution above, one pin P4 for an externally mounted component is enough, and since no PNP TR is employed, the operation at a high frequency is attained.
