An adhesive agent is produced by addn. of org. oxdn.inhibiting- agent(of formula (I), 2-mercaptobenzoimidazole), urea resin(of formula(II), to luenediisocyanate) and alk. metal iodide(KI, NaI) to the latex. In the formula, R is hydrocarbon (carbon no. of aromatic or aliphatic = 1-7), n=0.1 or 2. Amts. of adding (I), (II) and alk. metal iodide are 0.1-6 wt.%, 0.5-15 wt.% and 0.02-7 wt.%, respectively, by rubber 100 phr.
