PURPOSE:To obtain a monitorer with high judging accuracy capable to act so as to quickly adapt to the action of an injection molder by a method wherein monitoring points are divided into a plurality of groups so as to judge the generation of abnormality on the basis of video data detected by every group. CONSTITUTION:Among the monitoring points to the video signals obtained by a television camera 7, the monitoring points of a first group are set on the mold surface of a movable mold 2 so as to monitor whether the movable mold 2 opens to the predetermined mold opening position or not in order to prevent an injector from being broken. A second group monitors whether the injector is in normal state or not after the removal of an injection-molded product from the molds 2 and 3 so as to enhance the judging accuracy. Further, a third group monitors whether the injection-molded product normally falls down or not. Concretely, after mold opening and before ejection action, the injection-molded product sticks to the movable mold 2 and falls down by means of the ejecting action of the ejector. Accordingly, obtained video data represent marked changes and consequently the abnormality of falling-down of the injection-molded product is surely detected. |
