PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having a high sensitivity and excellent durability by providing an electrostatic charge transferring substance contg. a specific compd. to the titled body. CONSTITUTION:The titled body is provided with the layer shown by the formula wherein R1-R4 are each a (un)substd. alkyl, aralkyl, aryl or heterocyclic ring group, or R1-R4 contain two or more of aryl groups at the same time, R1 and R2, R3 and R4 together with N atom are each residual groups capable of forming a heterocyclic ring, R5 and R6 are each H, an alkyl, an alkoxy, halogen, nitro, cyano, an acyl or trifluoromethyl group, X is O or S atom. The layer contg. the prescribed compd. is preferably laminated on the electrostatic charge generating layer provided on the conductive substrate as the electrostatic charge transfer layer of the functional separation type. As the substd. amino compd. has a positive hole transferring property, the surface of the sensitive body is charged negative, and the positively electrifiable toner is used at the time of the development. The photosensitive body used the prescribed compd. has high sensitivity, high durability and less change of potential in the time of a repeating use, and may be available for various kinds of electrophotographic fields. |
