PURPOSE:To fix sufficiently an antenna element independently of the type of material of an arm by projecting a peripheral face of the antenna element toward the inner circumferential face of a through hole of the arm so as to deform the peripheral face of the antenna element and the inner circumferential face of the through hole. CONSTITUTION:While the antenna element 3 is penetrated in the through holes 2, 2, the diameter is expanded in four directions toward the inner circumferential face of the through holes 2, 2 and four projections 3a are formed respectively to the location placed in the through holes 2, 2. Thus the axial movement and the circumferential movement of the antenna element 3 are both blocked and the element 3 is fixed to the arm 1 sufficiently.
