PURPOSE:To improve the flexibility of service by sending a terminal control command in response to a request terminal when the terminal controller of a center station receives an unreserved reception request signal from an installed telephone set so as to attain the reception of a desired TV signal, the change in the reception channel or the intermission of reception. CONSTITUTION:In sending the unreserved reception request signal 22 to a telephone set 7 by a prescribed format by the operation of, e.g., push phone dial of a telephone set 8, the signal 22 is given to the terminal controller 3 of a center station 1. When the terminal controller 3 receives the unreserved reception request signal 22, the content of the signal 22 and the service state of the terminal based on corresponding reserved information are compared and checked to decide the propriety of the reception service and when the service is attained, a terminal control command B in response to the requested content is generated newly and it is sent to the terminal by the similar processure to the case with a conventional terminal control command.
