PURPOSE:To keep the continuity of an output signal of a partial process by comparing an output of a comparator circuit with a sampled output so as to detect the increase or decrease of the output value thereby setting an offset and outputting it to an expansion processing circuit based on the result of detection. CONSTITUTION:An A/D conversion circuit 1 inputs an analog full process signal vi, applies A/D conversion thereto and outputs a digital signal to a comparator circuit 2. A code discrimination/offset setting circuit 3 inputs a digital output sectioned from a comparator circuit 2 to compare it with a preceding data. When the inputted data is increased more than the preceding data, an offset region is provided in the positive side and when the data is decreasing, the offset region is provided at the negative side. An expansion processing circuit 4 multiplies an output of the code discrimination/offset setting circuit 3 by (n) and a D/A conversion circuit 5 applies D/A conversion to the result so as to obtain the analog partial process signal v0 at each level section as shown in figure. |
