PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently exchange a gasket in a short time and to easily change the gasket in response to the size of a product by a structure wherein base plates, on each of which the gasket is seated detachably, preparatory stands for shifting the base plate between the vulcanizing position and the preparatory position of the base plate, an upper and a lower flange members to press the upper and lower ends of an unvulcanized molded item, and cylinder means, each of which has a hanger engaging with the upper or the lower flange members, are provided. CONSTITUTION:Base plates 17, on each of which a gasket 1 consisting of a metal outer tube 2 and a rubber sleeve 3 installed on the inner peripheral side of the tube 2 so as to supply pressurizing fluid between the sleeve 3 and the tube 2 is detachably seated, are provided. In addition, preparatory stands 18, on the top surface of each of which a large number of bearing means 19 are provided so as to be able to shift the base plate 17 between the vulcanizing position P4 and the preparatory positions P1, P2 and P3 of the base plate 17, and an upper flange member 9 and a lower flange member 10, both of which act to press the upper and lower ends of an unvulcanized molded item 6 at the vulcanizing position P4 are provided. Further, upper cylinder means 12 and lower cylinder means 13, each of which has a hanger 11 disengagedly engaging with the upper and the lower flange members respectively, are provided. Because the gasket 1 can be shifted between the vulcanizing position P4 and the preparatory positions P1, P2 and P3 by being seated on the base plate 17, the gasket 1 can easily be exchanged. |
