PURPOSE:To measure instruction inclusion, branch inclusion, etc. of a program without requiring a storage medium in large quantities, by providing an execution measuring part for storing an execution at every instruction and recording at every branch, etc., in a corresponding fixed area. CONSTITUTION:In case a branch instruction which is executed is true, an execution measuring part 6 searches an execution number corresponding to the branch instruction from a store position discriminating part L of a measuring data area 5, and increases by '1' the number of times of execution which is stored in an area 1(N) of a measuring information part M in order to record a fact that the branch instruction itself is executed. Also, in order to record a fact that the execution of the branch instruction has been true, a true number of times of execution of the branch instruction which is stored in an area 2(O) of the measuring information part M is increased by '1'. A measurement result output part 8 outputs a measuring data of an instruction inclusion, a branch inclusion, etc. stored in the measuring data area 5, as a result of measurement of a display part 8b.
