PURPOSE:To generate mechanical power efficiently without using electricity at all by utilizing a backward repulsive force of a magnet of one rotator when a rotational inertial force of a magnet of the other rotator is lost. CONSTITUTION:When a magnet 13a of one rotator 10a receives a reverse magnetic force over a middle magnet plate 4b so that a rotational inertial force obtained from a left magnet plate 4a is lost, said magnet 13a of one rotator 10a passes over the middle magnet plate 4b by using a backward repulsive force of a magnet 13b of the other rotator 10b. Likewise, when the magnet 13b of the other rotator 10b receives a reverse magnetic force over the middle magnet plate 4b so that a rotational inertial force obtained from the left magnet plate 4a is lost, said magnet 13b of the other rotator 10b passes over the middle magnet plate 4b by using a forward repulsive force of the magnet 13a of one rotator 10a. In this manner, a reverse rotating part can be made to pass by the minimum necessary power.
