PURPOSE:To realize a low vibration and a long rotation life, by furnishing a disk at an end of a bearing shaft and a rotor at the other end of that, and positioning the center of gravity of the rotary body between two bearing supporting the bearing shaft. CONSTITUTION:A disk 11 is fixed to a bearing shaft 13 by a nut 17 through a molybdenum shaft 18. On the other hand, a rotor 12 is, together with a ring 16 for adjusting the center of gravity, fixed to the bearing shaft 13 by a nut 20. The bearing shaft 13 is held by two bearings 14a and 14b which are fixed in a journal box 15. Therefore, the center of gravity of the rotary body is between the bearings 14a and 14b, and the loads 21a and 21b come in the same direction. Moreover, by changing the weight of the adjusting ring 16 adequately, the loads 21a and 21b can be made almost equal. Therefore, allow vibration and a long service life of the rotary anode can be realized.
