<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly perform a drying process and consequently obtain a thermoplastic resin sheet without lowering its quality by a method wherein a classifying process to remove fine powder is provided after a process at which scrap sheets developed during a manufacturing process are recovered and ground, including a process during which a mixture of virgin tips and recycled tips is dried and then extruded and, after that, biaxially stretched. CONSTITUTION:Scrap sheets, which are developed respectively after extrusion, longitudinal stretching and lateral stretching, are recovered and respectively ground by grinding mechanisms 81, 82 and 83 into grinds. Among the grinds, grinds, which are obtained by grinding the scrap sheets developed after extrusion with the grinding mechanism 81, are further classified by a classifying mechanism 9 in order to remove fine powder. The resultant recycled tips are transported by means of transporting mechanisms 10, 11 and 12 to a storage tank 2 so as to be supplied together with thermoplastic resin tips sent from a storage tank 1 to a drying mechanism 3 in order to be dried and then mixed at a mixing mechanism 4 and, after that, supplied to an extrusion mechanism 5 to be extrude and successively longitudinally stretched with a longitudinal stretching mechanism 6 and further laterally stretched by a lateral stretching mechanism 7 to obtain a thermoplastic resin sheet.</p> |
