PURPOSE:To eliminate grinding and adhesion processes of a main permanent magnet by integrally holding both main permanent magnet and back yoke. CONSTITUTION:A main permanent magnet 5 is held between a portion 21a of the end face of an FG resin magnet 21 formed by a molding technique such as insert molding or the like and the end face portion 19a of a back yoke 19 touching the second planar portion 3 of said main permanent magnet 5. As a result, adhesion becomes completely necessary when the permanent magnet 5 is incorporated into the back yoke 19. Also, because an adhesion process is unnecessary, it is possible to use a permanent magnet 5 which is not subjected to grinding, has a large curvature in its face and remains as it is sintered. Moreover, the rust prevention of the main permanent magnet 5 is possible, since the portion 21a of the end face of the resin magnet 21 functions also as an antioxidant film preventing the first planar portion 2 of the main permanent magnet 5 from contacting the open air. |
