摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a sliding portion, by a method wherein excitation power is supplied to a rotating field coil using a light energy as a medium. CONSTITUTION:An excitation current is supplied to the rotating field coil 2 of a synchronous machine 1 through a reverse voltage inhibiting diode 4 using a light receiving element 3 as DC power source. A semiconductor laser oscillator 7 irradiates the light receiving element 3 of a rotor at a light quantity corresponding to the excitation current. A power source 8 of the laser oscillator 7 is made an output control power source, and subjected to feedback-control by a light oscillation control device 9. An excitation control device 10 supplies light output command value to the light oscillation control device 9 from the comparison of output voltage of the synchronous machine 1 and output voltage setting value.</p>
