PURPOSE:To share a lubricant path and to simplify the structure of an oilseal by assembling a wet clutch device into a housing and reducing the size while sharing the lubricant for the wet clutch device and a sliding bearing. CONSTITUTION:When an internal combustion engine is driven, an engine shaft 29 is driven through a pulley 28. When a power is fed to an electromagnet 37, a multiple clutchboard 31 at the engine side comes into contact with a clutchboard 35 at the driven side to rotate a rotor shaft 21. Consequently, a pair of rotors 20 are rotated through a synchronous gear 45. The oil 38 in the side housing 26a is splashed upward by the rotary force of a clutchboard supporting board 36 and the synchronous gear 45 and stored in an oil sump 40. The oil stored in the oil sump 40 lowers down an oil path 41 because of the gravity and passes through a lubricant hole 23a into an oil clearance between the rotor shaft 21 and the sliding bearing 23 for lubrication thereof then returns to the bottom section of the side housing 26a.
