The errection and/or dismantling method is partic. for the wall and/or roof of a tiled stove. The prefab. modular components are assembled together, prestressed by inner members and joined by couplers. Each component (1, 2) is installed in position, with the prestressing members (32) passing through it, and is then clamped against the components already installed without moving any of them, by the prestressing members and their couplers (126), so that any forces due to expansion or shrinkage are transmitted solely via members. The final component forms a seal, being inserted with its members in an opening of mating dimensions dimensions.
