PURPOSE:To increase corrosion resistance and chemical resistance by forming a conductive transfer foil through sequential lamination of a coating resin layer containing conductive particles, a metal evaporated layer and a rust-proof coating layer on a base film. CONSTITUTION:A coating resin layer 3 containing conductive particles is provided on a base film 1 directly or through a mold lubricant layer 2,and then a metal evaporated layer 4 is laminated on said coated resin layer 3. Next a rust-proof coating layer 5 is provided on said metal evaporated layer 4, and an adhesive layer 6 is provided on the layer 4 if necessary to form a conductive transfer foil. Filmy or sheet-shaped material of resins or cellophane is available as a base film 1. The optimum content of conductive particles dispersed in the resin layer 3 should be equivalent to approx. 20-100wt% of the coating resin. |
