PURPOSE:To simplify an operation to produce a thin and wide molding by laminating multi-pieces of sheet materials in a molding die, by compressing them by clamping a mold under heated and softened state below the m.p. to weld and integrate the sheet materials, and by charging the fluidized material into a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 13 with a shape corresponding to a molding 2 is set up in a cavity die 11. Moreover, a recessed part 14 corresponding to an outer surface of the molding 2 and a projected part 15 corresponding to a decorative film 5 are formed on the cavity die 11 respectively. A recessed part 16 corresponding to an inner surface of the molding 2 is formed on a core die 12. Multi- pieces of the sheet materials 17-19 and a core material 4 coated with a heat- sensitive adhesive on its both surfaces are laminated inside of the cavity 13, heated at about 80-160 deg.C and molded integrally including the outer surface. |
