PURPOSE:To extend a place to which an electrode body is applicable as well as to improve the workability by making it possible to easily attach the electrode body even to the vertical surface, the bottom or a narrow spot of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION:Joining members 2 are fixed on a concrete structure and an electrode member 5 is fixed in the joining members 2. A back filler 6 is filled into a support vessel 3 having an opening, and the vessel 3 is joined to the joining members 2 so that the opening confronts the surface of the concrete structure. By the joining, the back filler 6 is pressed against the surface of the concrete structure. Thus, an electrode body 1 consisting of the joining members 2, the electrode member 5, the support vessel 3 and the back filler 6 is attached to the cencrete structure.
