摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent friction of a work to be machined by providing a drive plate provided with two kinds of spring units and a cutting edge and rotating a drive shaft and a driven shaft synchronously in a mechanism in which the work to be machined is retained by the drive and driven shafts. CONSTITUTION:When a work to be machined 26 is pressed to a driven shaft 27 side by means of a clamp 22, it is contacted to a cutting edge 42 of a driving plate 36 while being energized by a first elastic member 30. And when it is pressed more, it is energized by a second elastic member 31, and the cutting edge 42 catches in a center boss part 40 of the work to be machined 26. And the work to be machined 26 is pressed furthermore, the open end face 26a of the work to be machined 26 is contacted to a front end face 32a of a work seat 32 and a drive shaft 21 and the driven shaft 27 are rotated synchronously. Thus, the work to be machined 26 is applied cutting processing. Therefore, heat generation due to friction between the work to be machined 26 and the front end face 32a of the work seat 32, and lowering of machining accuracy due to the friction can be prevented.
