Compounds of the formula : see diagramm : EP0143016,P9,F1 wherein R1 represents hydrogen or an alkyl radical linear or branched having 1-6 C atoms ; R2 and R3 represent separately a phenyl radical, an alkyl radical linear or branched having 1-6 C atoms, or together with the carbon atom to which they are bounded a cycloalkyl radical of 5 to 7 C atoms ; R4 represents hydrogen or an alkyl radical linear or branched having 1-6 C atoms ; R5 represents an alkyl radical linear or branched having 1-6 C atoms or phenyl radical optionally substituted by a halogen atom ; X represents hydrogen or halogen atom, and pharmaceutically acceptable addition salts thereof.
