摘要 The invention relates to a switching mechanism for an electrical installation apparatus, for optional use as a push-button switch, momentary-contact switch, rocker switch or rocker momentary-contact switch, using a rocker element, which is in the form of a link, for operating a contact spring which can be moved into two switch positions, which rocker element is operatively connected to a plunger of an operating element in such a manner that, whenever operation occurs, the plunger strikes against a link surface, and in such a manner that, when this occurs, the rocker element makes a pivoting movement into its opposite position in each case, and an actuating element is allocated to the switching mechanism for optional use as a momentary-contact switch or switch. In order to develop a switching mechanism for an installation apparatus, which switching mechanism can be used both as a switch and as a momentary-contact switch and which furthermore can be used in conjunction with different operating elements such as push-button switches, momentary-contact switches, rocker switches or rocker momentary-contact switches, the invention proposes that the rocker element interacts directly with an actuating element, as well as with the contact spring, which actuating element is arranged such that it can rotate horizontally at right angles to the switch plane of the contact spring between the rocker element and the freely moving end of the contact spring and in the mutually opposite longitudinal walls of the switch housing.
