<p>PURPOSE:To enable stable operation for a long time of a desorbed gas SO2 analyzer, by a method wherein a part of desorbed gas from a desorption column of a dry type desulfurizer is made to pass through a filter and a cleaning tube to remove dust, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfide, acid ammonium sulfide, ammonia and the like in the desorbed gas by a dust removing and washing treatment and then, the gas is fed to an SO2 analyzer. CONSTITUTION:A gas sampled from a desorbed gas line 7 passes through a primary filter 11 and enters a cleaning pipe 12 through a shower section 22. Water is always circulated through the cleaning pipe 12 with a pump 15 to remove ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfide, acid ammonium sulfide, NH3 and the like it is always relenished with a moderate amount of refresh water while excess water is drained through an overflow pipe. Thus, the ammonium sulfide, acid ammonium sulfide, ammonium chloride, NH3 and the like are removed through the cleaning pipe and after the passage through a drain separator, the gas is sent to an analyzer 24 as a highly dense pure SO2 gas, thereby enabling safe operation for a long time without troubles such as clogging at the analyzer 24.</p> |
