PURPOSE:To perform machining of a wide range with automatic supply of material at a low cost by properly combining a tool swivel rest with a rotary tool, in addition to a vertical headstock without a vertical motion, a horizontally rotating material supply mechanism and a vertically and horizontally movable tool rest mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A table 22 is rotated with a motor 23, a material on a pan is moved in the center of a headstock by means of a cylinder 25, pushed out through a pin 33 by means of a cylinder 32, held in a chuck by means of a cylinder 6, and the table 22 is retreated. A turret rest 38 holds a rotary tool 46 rotated through a fixed tool and an intermediate rotary shaft 66, indexed with a motor 40, rotated with a motor 39 horizontally and with a motor 13 vertically, controlled with a control panel 59, and capable of making secondary manufacture. Inside and outside diameter cutting, screw cutting, drilling machining, etc. can be carried out by a structure formed at a low cost by changing a combination of the tool rest 38 to become a fixed tool rest if circumstances require. |
