<p>PURPOSE:To achieve the shortening in time required for shifting to a normal operation by extracting vaporized gases generated or remained in the supply pipe of LNG or N2 liquid at the time of starting operation, so that only liquid can be introduced to a spray nozzle. CONSTITUTION:One end of a gas vent pipe 12 having a gas vent apparatus 14 is connected to a liquid supply pipe 2 or to the midway of a communication pipe 6 on the upstream side of a temperature control valve 5. And, the other end of the gas vent pipe 12 is connected to a gas supply pipe on the upstream side of the fitting part of a temperature regulator 7. By this constitution, the time required for shifting to a normal operation can be shortened.</p> |
