PURPOSE:To provide a moment-free high reliability mechanism for preventing a turn scroll member from revolving on its own axis with a simple construction by providing mutually opposed pins on a movable scroll base plate section and a plate member while both pins engage an annular ring. CONSTITUTION:On the back of a movable scroll base plate section 71 are provided a plurality of movable pins 15 projecting toward a plate member 3, and on the plate member 3 are provided the same number of plate pins 14 as the movable pins 15 projecting toward said section 71. Also, both pins 14, 15 are disposed close to each other while a plurality of rings 16 are disposed to engage both pins 14, 15. And the inner diameter of the ring 16 is set to the revolutional radius of a movable scroll member 7 minus the diameter of pins 14, 15 and the revolution of said member 7 on its own axis are prevented by both pins 14, 15 and the rings 16.
