PURPOSE:To enable a claw member to be inserted from the front of a main spindle when said claw member is exchanged, by making external diameters of a claw member, a holder member and a claw holding member for holding and expanding a pull stud smaller than that of a tool holding hole, and enabling the claw holding member to be screwed on a draw bar. CONSTITUTION:When a draw bar 20 is advanced and retreated through a piston 26, a claw holding member 27, a holder member 31 and a claw part member 9 are also advanced and retreated, and the pull stud 7 of a tool 8 is expanded and fixed. When the claw member 9 is exchanged, a wrench is engaged and rotated in a wrench hole 36 from the front of a main spindle 1 through a holding hole 6, the male screw part 28 of a claw holding member 27 is taken off from the female screw part 30 of the draw bar 20, thus the claw holding member 27, the holder member 31 and the claw member 9 can be taken out. And a pin 33 is removed and the claw member 9 is exchanged, the pin 33 is inserted again through the holding hole 6, the male screw part 28 of the claw holding member 27 is screwed in the female part 30 of the draw bar 20, and the exchange is performed without removing the draw bar 20.
