PURPOSE:To enhance the transmission efficiency of a synchromesh speed reducing device by furnishing a plurality of radially stretching oil grooves at the inner side of a disc, and introducing lubricant to a bearing and a contact element. CONSTITUTION:Inside each disc 17, there are a larger wall thickness part 21 near the center and a smaller wall thickness part 22 near the periphery, and a plurality of oil grooves 23 stretch radially from the inner end 18 of the disc 17 to the outer edge 20. The larger wall thickness part 21 hinders the bearing 3 from moving in the axial direction. This allows the oil grooves 23 to lead lubricant from a gap 19 to the meshing part 12 of externally cogged gear 4 with internally cogged gears 5, 6, said bearing 3, and a contact element 24. Thus sufficient lubricant can be supplied to contact element of externally cogged gear retaining device and bearing, to enhance the transmission efficiency of the synchromesh speed reducing device.
