PURPOSE:To reduce wear of a synchronizer ring by furnishing an electromagnetic clutch on the way of cable, and connecting/shutting the cable according to the number of revolutions of an engine. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic pole plate 21c is put in contact/separation by turning an electric magnet 21b on and off, and thereby a cable 17b is connected/shut. That is, when a speed change gear 23 is set in neutral and a parking brake is pulled, a rotational sensor 29 senses that the rotation of engine 28 becomes lower than a certain specified level and sends a signal to a judgment circuit 25. The power is turned on to engage electromagnetic clutch, and the cable 17b being shut will be put in connection. This connection of cable 17b activates a link mechanism 27, and a synchronizer ring in a synchronization device is pressed to the mating gear, wherein the ring is assured free from wear.
