PURPOSE:To enable smooth boarding and alighting onto and from a rear seat, by advancing a seat cushion to lock an auxiliary lock section after a main lock section is unlocked by tilting a seat back, so that the seat cushion is locked at a frontmost position. CONSTITUTION:When a seat cushion Sc is located at a normal seating position while a seat back Sb is located at a neutral position, a lock member 4 is engaged in a locking hole 6a in the lower rail 5 side so that the seat cushion Sc is locked in such a condition it is impossible to slide in the longitudinal direction. Further, when the seat back Sb is inclined forward by manipulating a walk-in lever 1, a rod 8 is pulled rearward so that a link member 7 is rotated to press the upper part 4b of the lock member 4, and the engaging part 4b is rotated so that the engaging part 4a is pulled out from the locking hole 6a and is unlocked. Thereafter, when the seat cushion Sc is advanced, an auxiliary lock part 10 is engaged with an engaging piece 12 and is locked.
