PURPOSE:To simplify a positioning operation for a plate cylinder and a roller to enable an efficient operation, by a method wherein a pressing and separating operation between the roller and the plate cylinder is conducted through a ink mechanism, and a roller positioning mechanism is provided which automatically makes a form roller eccentric following an eccentric shift of the plate cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a bearing housing 20 disposed at one end side of a plate cylinder 12 in a direction of Arrow E shifts a center of rotation from a position O1 to a position O2, which makes a peripheral portion 22 of a cam member 24 eccentric in a direction of Arrow F concentrically to the plate cylinder 12, thus a roller 58 being in slide contact with the peripheral portion 22 is pressed in the direction of Arrow F. In this case, a stopper member 62 which is pressed by a belleville spring 72 engages with a groove portion 60a of the other end portion of a rocking lever 56, which prevents the rocking lever 56 from rocking and presses a plate body 46 in the direction of Arrow F. Here, an arm member 40 rocks about a link pin 76 and the center of a hole portion 44 shifts eccentrically to a bearing housing 38, thus a constant distance between a forme roller 14 and the roller 58 is always ensured and the roller 14, the roller 58, and the plate cylinder 12 are aligned straight at the centers thereof. |
