Simultaneously, a control part 7 inputs the temperature signal regarding a material 1 to be painted including the film 2 measured by the infrared camera 6. At this time, the control part 7 supplies a control current to the means 3 based on a speed signal from a speed indicator 8 or a previously known speed signal and the film 2 absorbs a far infrared ray to generate heat, which is diffused in the material 1 to be painted. The camera 6 measures the temperature after the heat diffusion and sends the temperature signal to a signal processing part 9. A two-dimensional temperature distribution image is constituted according to scanning timing from the control part 7 and displayed and recording on the display 10 and recorder 11.
