PURPOSE:To make discrimination display of switch function easily visible and to impart design variety, by providing a segment for displaying switch function to a liquid crystal display element other than a time display segment. CONSTITUTION:A liquid crystal display element (LCD) 7 is driven by an electronic circuit 8. A switch function display segment 9 and the input terminal 9s thereof are provided to this LCD7 other than a time display segment 4 and common electrode 5, and a reversal common terminal is further provided to the electronic circuit 8. When the input terminal 9s and the reversal common terminal are connected by an external switch 10, the switch function display segment 9 is lighted. |
