<p>The radio transceivers have, on the one hand, a significant power build-up time and, on the other hand, it is impossible for them to listen to the transmissions from other transmitters during their own transmissions. Thus, in such a transmission network frame collisions are impossible to detect in real time. The device and the method make it possible to not begin to transmit except at precise dates (51), the interval of time (26) between two successive start-of-transmission dates (51) being known and defined from criteria such as the power build-up time of a transmitter (4). Thus, it is possible to detect, before the beginning of a transmission procedure, the transmission from another transmitter (4) whose transmission procedure began at the preceding date (51).
