PURPOSE:To prevent a boat from falling down at the time of unloading the boat, by installing a cross bar in one end of a boat carrier in parallel with the carrier free of rotation, while installing each rotatable longitudinal bar vertically at both ends of the carrier. CONSTITUTION:At one end of a boat carrier 1 mounted on a vehicle, there is provided with a cross bar 2 which freely rotates so as to be paralleled with the carrier. And, at both ends of the carrier 1, there are provided with longitudinal bars 3 so as to be freely rotatable. At the time of loading a boat, after the boat carrier 1 is attached to a vehicle, a tip of the boat is held and this boat is mounted on the cross bar 2. Next, a rear part of the boat is uplifted and pushed frontward whereby the boat can be loaded on the car. At this time, since the cross bar 2 is rotated, the loading of the boat is smoothed, preventing it from being damaged, and that the boat is preventable from falling down owing to these longitudinal bars 3.
