Tap for drawing under pressure a carbonated beverage, especially beer, comprising a cylindrical-chamber dispensing body (4) along which a closing-off piston (8) moves, making it possible to close or to open a flow orifice (14), in which the dispensing chamber (4) has, in addition to the principle delivery flow orifice (14), connected via a principle delivery tube (18) to the pouring spout (2), a secondary orifice of smaller diameter connected via a separate conduit to the pouring spout (2) and which can be closed off by the piston (8) after closure of the principle delivery orifice (14), the piston being actuated in translation from the operating handle (7) via a control device (24). This invention is of particular interest to brewers and manufacturers of taps for drawing under pressure.
