PURPOSE:To form a polyurethane foam molded article having a frosted and colored surface without applying steam washing to the article, by making use of a mold release agent prepared by either dissolving or dispersing a main agent made by containing respectively predetermined quantities of a cellulose derivative, silicone resin and inorganic powder which possess predetermined mean molecular weight respectively into carbon hydride and/or alcoholic solvent whose boiling point is fixed. CONSTITUTION:A mold release agent prepared by either dissolving or dispersing a main agent made by containing a 0.1-10.0pts.wt. cellulose derivative whose mean molecular weight is 10,000-1,000,000, 0.1-10.0pts.wt. silicone resin whose mean molecular weight is 1,000-100,000 and 0.01-1.0pts.wt. inorganic powder into carbon hydride and/or alcoholic solvent whose boiling point is 20-200 deg.C is used, in a molding method foaming polyurethane raw materials by casting the same within a cavity. Introduction of the cellulose derivative is for prevention of the surface of the mold release agent from becoming smoother than it is required and addition of the inorganic matter and silicone resin are for improvements in a frosting effect and mold release capacity respectively. |
