PURPOSE:To enable the titled method to coat a uniform thin resin layer even if a length of a rotor is longer than a thickness of the resin layer, by extruding resin to a resin pool part by applying high pressure to the resin by clamping a stationary mold and movable mold together. CONSTITUTION:A travel core 3 is inserted into a stationary mold 1 and an insert member 8 composed of an extrusion piston 7 and aluminum alloy is inserted into a movable mold 5. The movable mold is clamped with the stationary mold, the member 8 is held by a positioning piston 3b of the travel core 3 and put between the travel core 3 and the extrusion piston 7. When the travel core 3 and the member 8 are moved leftward by applying pressure P1 to the piston 7, molten resin 10 is streamed into a cavity 2 and the resin is applied to the surface of the member 8 with a leftward movement of the travel core 3. A stepped part 7a of the piston 7 is stopped at a predetermined position passed through the resin pool 4a and the resin is applied to the surface and an end part of the member 8. The movable mold 5 is shifted from the stationary mold 1 along with the extrusion piston 7, the member 8 is extruded rightward by the travel core 3 of the movable mold and a rotor 12 is completed by removing the resin from a sprue. |
